Custom order FAQ.

How long does a custom order take? +
Production typically takes 3 to 8 weeks from deposit confirmation, depending on complexity and our current workload. Simpler pieces (shelves, small tables) are faster. We'll give you an exact timeline in your quote.
Can I visit the workshop? +
Absolutely. We love showing people where their furniture is made. You can visit the Brașov atelier by appointment — just mention it in your request and we'll arrange a time.
What if I don't know exactly what I want? +
That's fine! Share anything you have — a rough sketch, a photo of something you like, dimensions of the space, your budget. Our designer will propose 2–3 concepts for you to choose from or mix.
What is the deposit and refund policy? +
We require a 30% deposit to begin production. This is non-refundable once cutting begins. The remaining 70% is due on delivery. If we haven't started production yet, deposits are fully refundable.
Do you offer smart furniture features? +
Yes — we can integrate wireless charging pads, LED lighting with specific ambiance, sensor-activated drawers, USB hubs and call buttons. Ask about our Smart Furniture add-ons in your request.
Can you replicate something from a store or online? +
We can absolutely use existing designs as inspiration and build something similar in better materials. We won't copy trademarks but we can achieve the same look, feel, and function — often at a comparable price and with superior durability.
